Everyone knows a Realtor and most people know several Realtors.  Many even have a relative who is a Realtor.  It is important to know the difference it can make in having a Realtor personally representing you objectively on the seller's side or the buyer's side of your transaction.  Finding the right real estate agent can be the difference between a happy, stress-free home buying or selling experience, and an unhappy, stressful experience.  

If you are a Seller, the right agent will make sure your home is sold at the highest price in the least amount of time for the current market conditions.

If you are a Buyer, the right agent will walk you through the entire process and negotiate the best deal possible for you.  They will navigate the mortgage process, inspections and even negotiate any repairs for you with the seller.  A buyer's agent is paid from the proceeds of the sale, so you can have an advocate in your corner at virtually no cost to you! 

First, you'll want a full time agent ready to make a full time commitment to you. Anything less, and you won't get the service or the expertise you need.  I can and will give you the service you deserve!

Second, you'll need an agent who knows the local neighborhoods, schools, traffic patterns, economic conditions, zoning and ordinances, etc.  I have many years of experience in the Wilmington market.  Expertise and track record = The success you need in your home buying or selling transaction.  

Third, you are going to want an agent who utilizes the convenience of technology but doesn't lose the personal touch.  You'll have resources on my website at your disposal, and you will get email alerts that I send, but nothing will replace the time I personally spend with you, one on one through this exciting process!
